Blueberry Popsicles are a delicious frozen popsicle treat made with three simple ingredients; blueberry, water, and sugar. These popsicles aren’t overly sweetened so the blueberries really are the star of the show. These popsicles have no artificial dyes in them, just fresh blueberries to make that pretty blue color.
About
Classic frozen pops are always a favorite combo. Keep it healthy with fresh-from-the-freezer fruit ice pops. Frozen ice on a stick is generically referred to as a popsicle due to the early popularity of the Popsicle brand, and the word has become a genericized trademark to mean any ice pop, regardless of brand or format. In 1923, Epperson filed for a patent for his invention. Up until then, he had been calling the frozen treats “Eppsicles,” but his children insisted on calling them “Pop’s 'sicles.” The latter name stuck and the Popsicle was born.
